As the Rector of BA School of Business and Finance, prof. With over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration, she has a strong track record of enhancing the educational standards, research output, and international recognition of the school. She also serves as a Board Member of the Baltic Management Development Association, where she contributes to the advancement of management education and practice in the region. Her core competencies include curriculum design, accreditation, governance, stakeholder relations, and organizational development. Prof. Peiseniece holds a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University of Latvia. Her field of expertise is human resource management, and she has published several publications on this topic. She is passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration at BA School of Business and Finance, and aims to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders and professionals in the business and finance sectors.
